From 120kg to 88kg: Harvey’s Transformation Through Grit, Consistency, and Self-Belief
Every so often, a client’s journey reminds us exactly why I do what I do here at Curl Fitness. Today, I want to share the story of someone who’s not only a client—but a good friend—and whose transformation is nothing short of inspiring.
Meet Harvey.
20 years old.
120 kilograms.
