Private 121 sessions. This plan is designed to get you started towards your goals, all my plans are designed especially for you and catered around your lifestyle, abilities and goals.

Online Coaching

Flexible and effective way to receive personalised guidance and support. It’s like having a personal coach or mentor, but through digital platforms. Whether it’s for weight loss, muscle growth, or just want a healthier lifestyle, my online coaching provides the tools and support you need to succeed.

Challenges, Clubs & Events

I regularly hold month long challenges to help keep you motivated, the current challenge is 360k steps in 28 days. The next challenge will begin on the 1st August.

I also host a running club in conjunction with Play it Again Sport at Clydach Track every Monday 6-7 – Its free to attend just turn up and run or walk – just get some steps in!

What types of personal training do you offer?

I offer both one-on-one (121) personal training sessions and online coaching. This allows you to choose the format that best suits your lifestyle and fitness goals.

What can I expect from a 121 personal training session?

During a 121 personal training session, you will receive personalised taking with me and a customised workout and nutrition plan designed to meet your specific goals. Sessions are conducted at Parc Hall Gym but happy to consider other locations if it’s more suitable for you

How does online coaching work?

Online coaching provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to work out on your own schedule. You’ll receive a personalised workout plan, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins to track your progress. Communication is done through my app but I’m happy to do this via video calls, emails, and messaging apps if t’s easier.

What kind of results can I expect?

Results vary depending on your individual goals and commitment. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve endurance, or enhance overall fitness, both 121 and online coaching are designed to help you achieve measurable progress through tailored plans and consistent support. But it’s the same as everything you get out of it what you put in – if you follow the plan you’ll see results!

Do I need any special equipment for online coaching?

Not necessarily. I can design effective workouts based on the equipment you have available, whether it’s just your body weight, a set of dumbbells, or a fully equipped home gym. We’ll discuss your equipment during our initial consultation to ensure your program is suitable.

How do I get started with your personal training services?

Getting started is easy! Simply reach out to me through my website or contact me directly to schedule a consultation. During this initial session, we’ll discuss your fitness goals, preferences, and any specific needs you may have, and determine the best training plan for you.
